First, make sure you’ve described the issue to the broker. You can do so by contacting the Defi Dynamic Trust Client Relations Department in writing. We’ll do our absolute best to get back to you within 24 hours of receiving your message.
If you are not fully satisfied with the solution proposed by our specialist or the problem is not resolved within 14 days, you have the right to file a formal complaint with the Financial Commission.
